Ask for inclusions and exclusions
An all-inclusive boat trip is not a standard product with identical services. Ask for two written lists: what is included and what remains payable. Compare the actual boat day instead of assuming the package label answers every question.
Confirm hotel pickup areas, the meeting point and return drop-off. A transfer advertised for one accommodation area may not serve every hotel. Keep the boat’s departure details and operator contact with your booking.
Match food and atmosphere to your group
Ask when lunch is served, what the menu contains and how dietary needs are handled. Clarify drink types, brands or service limitations. A lively music programme and a quiet swimming outing can create very different days.
Look at shaded space, seating, boarding and water access as well as entertainment photographs. Children or passengers with mobility needs may require an individual discussion about the actual boat.
Allow for extras and changes
Photographs, special drinks, extra food or island admission may be outside the package. Establish these before paying. Read cancellation, poor-weather and route-change conditions in writing; swimming stops can depend on sea conditions.
The general boat tour guide helps compare alternatives. If your holiday already includes hotel meals, use the personal budget calculator without counting the same meal twice. Choose the trip whose daily rhythm fits your group.
